Our goal is to deliver precise, safe, and durable solutions for bridges, harbor facilities, and other underwater projects. A recent project at S\u00f8nderborg Bridge illustrates our approach and technological expertise.<\/strong><\/p>\n Precise Mapping with Multibeam Using Sonic24<\/strong><\/p>\n The first step in the project was a thorough survey of the area around the bridge pillars. Using Multibeam with Sonic24, we created detailed maps of the seabed:<\/p>\n – Identification of sediment and surface deposits<\/p>\n – Mapping of depths and underwater structures<\/p>\n – Support for safe planning of further maintenance<\/p>\n This technology ensures accurate data, which is crucial for both safety and efficiency in all maritime projects.<\/p>\n – ROV Inspection for Safe Monitoring<\/p>\n After mapping, our team carried out an ROV inspection. This allows us to inspect hard-to-reach underwater areas without the need for diving:<\/p>\n – Inspection of the bridge pillars and foundations<\/p>\n – Identification of cracks, spalling, and other damage<\/p>\n – Documentation for reporting and planning repairs<\/p>\n ROV technology combines safety with high precision, making it indispensable in modern underwater inspections.<\/p>\n Cleaning of Bridge Pillars<\/strong><\/p>\n An important part of the project was cleaning the bridge pillars. Our team efficiently removed algae, sediment, and other deposits to ensure:<\/p>\n – Better access for inspection and repairs<\/p>\n – Extended lifespan of the bridge structures<\/p>\n – Reduced risk of further damage<\/p>\n Repair of Concrete Damage<\/strong><\/p>\n After cleaning, we carried out concrete repairs using modern techniques and materials:<\/p>\n – Repair of cracks and spalling<\/p>\n – Ensuring durable and long-lasting solutions<\/p>\n – Optimization of the bridge\u2019s safety and stability<\/p>\n
